I provide online coaching services related to Psychedelic therapy. My services are for educational and harm reduction purposes only. I do not provide or supply any illegal substances.

3.2 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the intake process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
4. Disclaimer of Medical Advice

4.2 I am not a licensed medical professional, healthcare professional, or mental health professional. My coaching is based on:
- Personal experience with altered states of consciousness and psychedelic substances for example MDMA & Psilocybin
- Extensive research in the field of psychedelic-assisted therapy
- Theoretical background gained through various courses and studies
- Practical experience in guiding and supporting individuals through psychedelic experiences
While I have studied and trained in various aspects of psychedelic therapy, my services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychiatric, or psychotherapeutic treatment.
5. Legal Status of MDMA & Psilocybin
5.1 MDMA & psilocybin are currently controlled substances in many jurisdictions. My services do not encourage, promote, or assist in the procurement or use of illegal substances.
5.2 Users are responsible for complying with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.
